Art Therapy, Healing a Broken Heart

I’m slowly getting the courage to put my art back out into the world (and keep it out there).

It’s through my work I have been finding the greatest healing. When I stop TRYING to be a healer. When I stop TRYING to be an artist. When I stop TRYING to be spiritual.

If the goal is to be present in the moment, full of joy, love, and bliss… than get in your flow, do what you love, and find your path in your own way.

Don’t be hard on yourself in the process of healing. Your heart will eventually heal. Anyone who’s come out the other side of a breakup knows that.

Broken hearts do heal. And not all trauma in the heart that needs healing is from a romantic relationships ending. Sometimes, broken hearts heal just by waking up to the truth of who we truly are.

Art Therapy, Healing a Broken Heart (Three Bears)
“The Three Bears” The planet is warming, the forests are ravaged for their lumber. Forced to find a new place to call home, three bears – brown, black, and a polar bear – wander the world. One day they meet and together create a new home.

Art by Jason Samadhi, Heart-Centered Creator. Described as “Modern Art with a Prehistoric Twist,” Jason Samadhi’s artwork is inspired by pre-Columbian and prehistoric artwork, Native American art, Egyptian art, Polynesian art, as well as influences of Caribbean, Cuban and African flavor.
