1) Follow Your Heart, You Deserve Nothing Less

If there is ever any doubt, follow your heart. Focus on love, even when you feel like giving up. Trust that quiet voice in your heart.

When someone doesn’t make you a priority in their life, don’t make them a priority in yours. And, as Oprah says, when someone shows you who they really are, believe them.

Focus on the ones who bring you joy. Focus on the ones who give unconditional love.

You’re better than that, you deserve nothing less. Follow your heart.

2) Follow Your Heart, that Inner Voice of Truth

The rhythm of the drum. The beating of your heart. Keeping tempo to the truth. That quiet inner voice, a softly spoken whisper. An echo of truth. Follow your heart.

I am learning to trust my instincts, like the tribal call of a drum. I am learning to trust my intuition, because if I truly listen to my heart and express from my truth, I can do no wrong.

Everything, everything, happens for a reason. And everything is exactly as it is suppose to be. There is is no right or wrong, good or evil, just energy, frequency and vibration.

It takes courage to listen to your heart, trust your instincts, to follow your intuition, and express your truth. It’s called “vulnerability.”

And if you can’t, that okay. If you fall down, if you “fail,” that’s okay too. Just take a deep breath, pick yourself up, and start all over again. Get back in the ring and stand proud.

To follow your heart means learning to have confidence in your inner voice, trusting in that inner GPS that guides you on your path. Like the beating of a drum, your heart is that vibration directing you toward your truth.

And when in doubt, focus on the people in your life who fill your heart with joy, it’s that kind of pure happiness that will help you to create a life you love.
