What does Masculinity Mean, Traditionally?

Masculinity isn’t defined by how hot your body is, if you’re muscular, or how good you look.

That’s a socially distorted interpretation skewed by a demonization of sexual energy to keep us submissive through pornography.

What does Masculinity Mean? A Heart-Centered Definition

What does Masculinity Mean? A Heart-Centered Definition

Real masculinity include strength, courage, independence, leadership, and assertiveness.

And how you choose to show up authentically, honor your word, and have the integrity from the heart with loving awareness, that’s true masculinity.

Protect and serve the ones you love. Defend the ones who can’t defend themselves. Seems to me those are the true virtues of masculinity.

Love without fear. Take a chance, take a risk. Be bold, live boldly. Say what you mean, mean what you say.

Life is meant to be lived, not feared. If you fail, if you fall, good. Get up, dust yourself, learn your lesson, and start all over again.

You are worthy. You are deserving. You are a divine being having human, both masculine AND feminine. Embrace it all.

You chose to come here and live this human life, so live it! You’re not a victim, you create your reality.

So go out, kick ass, and create a life you love. There is no right one way to do anything. So trial and error. You are perfect, just the way you are!
